Carla Qualtrough (; born October 15, 1971) is a Canadian politician who was elected as a Member of Parliament in the House of Commons of Canada to represent the federal electoral district of Delta during the 2015 federal election. Qualtrough was born in Calgary in 1971.〔() Paralympic.ca bio〕 She has been visually impaired since birth, and competed in swimming at the 1988 and 1992 Paralympic Games.〔("Newbie B.C.
